Energetic Healing utilizes universal light vibrations through the hands to tune and align both the subtle and physical bodies.
When Reflexology is combined with Energetic Healing it enhances treatments by calming the nervous system, improving blood circulation, relieving pain and relaxing the whole body.
This takes the healing process to a deeper level.
I have termed the combination of Reflexology and Energetic healing as “Connecting Energy Reflex Therapy” and have been using this method since the beginning of my professional practice because of its effectiveness and therapeutic benefits.
Hands of Light
Through metaphysical examination the body can be viewed externally and internally. This requires specific practices and techniques that raises the vibrational frequency of the body to enable the Healer to transmit energy through the hands.
This is called Vibrational Healing and has a tangible feeling which has been described as a Force or a Power.
Chakra System

The Base Chakra (Red) spins down between the legs and gives us our Physical Will of Being.
Its element is matter and its primary function is survival, grounding and physicality.

The Sacral Chakra (Orange) is about a hand-width below the navel and is our sense of taste.
Its element is water and relates to personal relationships, sex, money.

The Solar Plexus (Yellow) is just below our navel and is our sense of sight and Seat of Power.
Its element is fire and relates to our relationship with ourselves.

The Heart Chakra (Green) is in the center of the chest and relates to our sense of touch. Its element is air and is union through love.

The Throat Chakra (Blue) front of the neck is our sense of hearing.
Its element is ether and relates to our self expression, speaking truth.

The Third Eye (Violet) center of the forehead is our sense of light.
It relates to our sixth sense and our conscious perception of being.
07
The Crown Chakra (indigo or white) on top of the head is the seat of highest human perfection.
It is our connection with the Divine.
